What is Salesforce, and why does it matter?

Our Salesforce track covers platform fundamentals and administration — objects, fields, workflows, security model, reports and dashboards — before moving into customization with Flow Builder for process automation and an introduction to Apex and Lightning Web Components for developers who want to go beyond configuration into custom code. The course is structured around the Salesforce Administrator certification path, with enough developer-track exposure that you'll know whether to pursue the admin or developer certification next.
