Overview

This Refund Policy applies to individual and corporate training programs booked directly through Turvi Consulting & IT Services Pvt. Ltd. We aim to be fair and transparent about cancellations and refunds.

Individual Training Programs

Full refund: Requests made at least 7 days before the batch start date are eligible for a full refund, minus any payment gateway charges.

Partial refund: Requests made within 7 days of the batch start date, or before the second live session, are eligible for a 50% refund.

No refund: Once more than two live sessions have been delivered, or recorded content has been accessed in full, the enrolment becomes non-refundable, though we're happy to discuss a transfer to a future batch in genuine hardship cases.

Corporate Training Engagements

Refunds and cancellation terms for corporate and campus training engagements are governed by the specific agreement or statement of work signed with the client, since these programs are customized and scheduled around dedicated trainer time.

How to Request a Refund

Email info@tcscorp.co.in with your enrolment details and the reason for your request. We aim to process eligible refunds within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Batch Transfers

If you're unable to attend a batch you've enrolled in, you may request a one-time transfer to a future batch of the same program, subject to seat availability, instead of a refund.
