Mission
Our mission is simple to say and harder to do well: give people real, usable skills, and give businesses technology work they don't have to double-check. Whether that's a student building their first real project or a company migrating to the cloud, we measure ourselves the same way — did this actually help, or did we just deliver something.
Vision
We want Turvi to be the place people go when they want training that actually holds up in a real job, and the company businesses call when they want IT work done properly the first time. We're not trying to be the biggest name in the industry — just one people trust enough to come back to, and to send their friends to.
Built by practitioners, not a pitch deck
Turvi wasn't started by a single founder with a business plan. It was put together by a small group of senior technology practitioners — the kind of people who'd spent over a decade being the ones actually paged when something broke — who kept noticing the same gap from opposite sides of the table: training vendors that had never shipped the systems they taught, and consultancies that handed off a solution without leaving anyone behind who could run it.

Between them, the team holds active certifications across AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Oracle, Salesforce and Cisco — the same platforms Turvi consults on and trains for. That's the whole premise: the people who scope your engagement are the same caliber of people who could be doing your job.
We'd rather you learn something real than just finish a course
Turvi didn't start as a company with a five-year plan. It started as a small training institute, doing the unglamorous work of helping students figure out their next step. As that work built trust, we registered formally as Turvi Consulting Services. And now, having grown into corporate training, IT consulting, and technology delivery, we get to say it properly: we're Turvi Consulting & IT Services Private Limited. Same people who started this, just with a lot more to offer than we did on day one.
You're learning on the same tools we actually use
Not a simplified, classroom-friendly version of AWS or Azure — the real thing, the same setup our consultants use on client work. If a trainer teaches you a DevOps pipeline, there's a decent chance they built one just like it last month.
We won't promise you a job
A lot of training companies will. We think that's a bit dishonest, so we don't. What we will do is make sure you leave with real project experience, skills you can actually explain in an interview, and the kind of foundation that gets you taken seriously. The rest is up to you — but we've done our part properly.
We're with you past the certificate
Because we also do the internships and the corporate hiring-side work, the same people helping you learn are the ones who understand what companies are actually looking for right now. Resume help and interview prep here isn't generic advice copy-pasted from a template — it's coming from people who've sat on the other side of that table.
